Our eSIMs exclusively offer data services without a local phone number for text messaging or calling. However, you’ll still be able to make calls or send messages via communication applications (Messenger, Whatsapp, LINE, etc).
Will I be able to use an eSIM and a physical SIM card at the same time?
The capability varies depending on the device. Certain devices offer dual SIM functionality, enabling simultaneous usage of an eSIM and a physical SIM card. However, others may only accommodate a single SIM card at any given time.
Can I order an eSIM before my trip starts?
Feel free to place an order for our eSIM before you leave or after you reach your destination. Just keep in mind that the validity period commences when you scan the QR code and install the eSIM onto your device.

How is the validity period for eSIM calculated?
The validity period starts once your eSIM is activated regardless of your location. 1 day is calculated as 24 hours.
Suppose you activate a 7-day plan on April 7th at 10:00. In this case, the plan will remain active until April 14th at 10:00, giving you a full week of service.
Can I use hotspot to share data with other devices?
If your device is equipped with this functionality, you can certainly share your data with other devices.
How can I check my data usage?
To easily keep track of your eSIM data usage, simply check it using the convenient "My eSIM" feature.
Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order once you have purchased a data plan, even if you have not activated your eSIM yet.
How can I get a refund?
Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for eSIMs. Therefore, it is important to verify in advance that your device is SIM unlocked, designated for data-only eSIMS, and intended for use solely in the country or region you are traveling to before making a purchase.
